Built for budget travelers who want to enjoy beaches, sightseeing, Malvani cuisine, water sports, scuba diving, and shopping. The flats can host up to 9 guests in total when all 3 bedrooms are booked. We’re located less than a 5-minute walk (about 350 meters) from the wayri beach. The best part: you can easily come back in between, whether it’s for a quick restroom break, to cool off, or to freshen up with a shower after an exciting day in the water. I’m always available on whatsapp (before booking) to answer any questions about my place or anything else. Once your reservation is confirmed, I’m available via phone, email, or messaging apps. During check-in, I’ll share all the details you need about sightseeing, beaches, water sports, and shopping to help you plan your trip smoothly. - Best suited for families and small groups. - Total maximum occupancy (across two flats) is 9 guests, across 3 bedrooms. - Bedroom capacity (when that bedroom is included in your booking): - Room 1: up to 3 guests - Room 2: up to 3 guests - Room 3: up to 3 guests - Bedding note: Each bedroom has a bed that sleeps up to 2 people. For a 3rd guest in the same bedroom, extra bedding can be provided on request for ₹200 per person. - Pricing note: The displayed price is for up to 2 guests and one bedroom only. It does not include all three bedrooms. If you need the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, please also select/book the 2nd and 3rd room from the listing (or message me before booking). - Vehicle rental can be arranged on request (two-wheeler or car) at an additional cost. - Parking is available. - Laundry service is not available. - House rules: No smoking, no alcohol, no parties/events, and no loud music.
