Bonfire facilities are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS AND HOUSE RULES StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. Local ID's are strictly not allowed. The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations. POLICIES A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
