A bonfire pit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. Events can be hosted for up to 20 pax at an additional cost. Amenities such as iron, badminton, and volleyball are available upon request. The costs for these food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES All-male groups are not allowed. In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances along with Solar power backup for lights and fans. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is strictly prohibited in the villa. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. This property is a standalone property. Hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations. POLICIES The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. All guests must share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
