POLICIES - All guests must provide valid ID proofs when requested, at booking or upon arrival. - Foreign nationals must share passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property will be charged as per actual repair or replacement costs. - Illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics, are strictly prohibited. - Commercial activities are not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - The deposit will be refunded within five working days, subject to guest count and adherence to check-out time.
