A luxury bungalow consists of two floors. The first floor has 2 luxurious rooms. The owner stays on the ground floor bedroom. The top floor is accessed by an open staircase. The property is very near to the Sula Vineyards Soma Vineyards, The York, Someshwar Mandir, and Godavari river Water-damm Nashik road railway station is ~30 min drive. The top 2 bedrooms are available for booking. The complete bungalow barring the owner's bedroom can also be given depending on the number of guests. HOUSE RULES: Any guest travelling to our property should be vaccinated, minimum 1st round of vaccine. Kindly share vaccine certification on arrival. WARNING: ABSOLUTELY NO ILLICIT DRUG ACTIVITY & SHEESHA IS PERMITTED ON THESE PREMISES. Our property is surrounded by other residential homes, hence guests are requested to enjoy their stay without disturbing or causing inconvenience to others. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Switch off all electrical devices when leaving the house. No loud noises & music after 10 p.m. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Valid government OVD required for all guests and any guests coming to see them. No flammables, Arms, Explosives allowed in the Premises. Illegal and/or immoral activities or substances consumption, detection, and/or suspicion would lead to immediate exit, penalties, necessary action as host may deem fit. No pets allowed in the premises.
